8. Troubleshooting
Here are some errors that may be displayed on the screen. Errors will only be dis-
played when a key is pressed.

General procedure in case of a problem:
Check that all cables are connected properly
Check if the level of the 2 columns is identical
Check if the green light on the control box is on
Try a reset by pressing DOWN for 10 seconds.
Resolution
Check that all cables are properly
connected: power cable and control
box cables.
Make sure that the loading capacity
of the desk does not exceed 113 kg,
then reset the desk for at least 10s

The desk will automatically stop and
