TOP HINGE WINDSHIELD

LOWER WINDSHIELD INSTALLATION
1. Remove and discard the four existing machine screws retaining the hinges to frame as shown in the inset drawing below.
2. Position the lower windshield assembly (#2) onto the vertical tubes of the cab frame so that the seal trim (#26) is
against the hood.
3. Fasten the middle part of the lower windshield assembly (#2) onto the vehicle using
machine screws (#6) and
at this time).
4. Fasten the ends of the lower windshield assembly (#2) onto the vertical tubes of the cab frame using the
supports (#20) and
(4) M5-0.8 X 14 mm
5. Cut the protective foam (#3) in three parts and apply them on top of the lower windshield (#2) as illustrated.

flat washers (#7) as illustrated through the hinge mounting holes (finger tighten
(4) 1/4" dia
Allen socket machine screws (#11). Tighten all screws and nuts.
