TOP HINGE WINDSHIELD
KIT PN 2878268
LOWER WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY
1. Cut the seal trim (#26) in three parts and insert them
onto the lower part of the lower windshield (#2).
2. Insert the upper part of the positioning stopper (#23)
through the open portion of the lower windshield (#2)
and fasten using
(2) M5-0.8 X 20 mm
machine screws (#9), and
3. Fasten the left lower windshield support (#4) onto the
lower windshield (#2) using
socket machine screws (#10) and
nylock nuts (#15) (finger tighten at this time).

4. Fasten an external support (#19) onto the left support
(#4) using a
M8-1.25 X 12 mm
(finger tighten at this time).
Fasten the same external support (#19) onto the lower
windshield (#2) using
machine screws (#12) and
(finger tighten at this time).
LEFT SIDE VIEW
5. Install another external support (#19) onto the lower
part of the lower windshield (#2) using
Allen socket machine screws (#12) and
40 mm
nylock nuts (#17) (finger tighten at this time.
M5-0.8
Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the opposite side.
