Never operate a defective appliance or an appliance
with a defective cable. There is a considerable risk of injury.
Bring or send defective appliances to a specialist dealer

or to Royal
Appliance Customer Services for repair.

Unpack the appliance and all accessory parts and check
that the contents are complete. Information regarding the
scope of delivery
ATTENTION:
Always transport/send the appliance in its original
packaging so that it does not become damaged. Keep
the packing material for this purpose.
Dispose of any packing material that is no longer
required in accordance with the provisions applicable in
your country.
NOTE:
If you should notice damage due to transport, then
contact your dealer immediately.
WARNING:
Only assemble the appliance if the plug has been pulled
out of the socket. It could be switched on by accident.
NOTE:
Depending on the model, the appliance is supplied with a
telescopic tube with a 2-part metal insert tube.

1. Push the end of the suction hose (Fig. 1/1) into the
connection point (Fig. 1/2) of the cylinder vacuum
cleaner until the lock audibly clicks into place.
2. For appliances with 2-part metal insert tube: Push both
tube halves together.
3. Push the handle (Fig. 2/1) into the upper end of the
metal insert tube or of the telescopic tube (Fig. 2/2).
4. Push the floor nozzle (Fig. 2/3) onto the lower end of the
metal insert tube or of the telescopic tube (Fig. 2/4).
