• Be sure air tool is in OFF position when connecting tool to air supply.
• Never direct air at yourself or anyone else.
• Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always check for damaged or loose hoses and
fittings.
• Whenever universal twist couplings are used, lock pins should be installed and whipcheck
safety cables should be used to safeguard against possible hose-to-tool or tool-to-hose
connection failure.
• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure stated on the tool or in this manual.
• Never carry an air tool by the hose.
• Maintain labels and rating plate through the life of service.
• Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
• Store idle tool out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the tool
or these instructions to operate it.
3.3- Special warnings when using air impact wrench
• WARNING! Wear ear protectors with impact wrenches. Exposure to noise can cause
hearing loss.
• Use personal protective equipment. Always wear safety goggles, dust mask and earmuffs
when using the tool.
• Bits, sockets and tools get hot during operation. It is recommended to wear gloves when
handling them.
• Do not use this tool for prolonged periods of time. Take regular breaks. Use gloves to
provide extra cushioning in order to avoid any injury from the vibrations of the tool.
• Do not overreach while operating the tool. Maintain a balanced working stance at all times.
• Only use impact sockets which are specifically designed for use with an impact wrench.
• Do not use the tools in any operations that beyond the intended purpose.
IV. GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking
• Remove the product from packaging
• Check if the product and accessories (if any) are intact.
4.2- Assembly
WARNING!
Before any intervention on product, always disconnect it from the air supply.
Connecting to air supply
• Make sure the air tool is set at "OFF" position.
• Remove the protective cap from the air inlet (5).
• Connect the air tool to the air supply and set the air pressure to (and not higher than) 90 psi.
Attaching and removing sockets
• Push the desired socket onto the socket adaptor (1) until it clicks into place.
• To remove the socket, simply pull the socket away from the air tool.
• NOTE: The impact wrench should only be used with impact sockets.
