Check that the lubrication unit is working
properly.
One oil drop falling into the transparent cone G every 4-5
complete strokes of the bead breaker indicates that the
correct amount of oil is being dispersed in the system.
If necessary,
Adjust the unit using the screw 'R' to correct
the oil fl ow so it is as indicated above.
Every day,
carry out:
• Clean with a dry cloth
on the parts:

1) Plastic cones for wheel clamping
2) Mount/demount tool plastic guards
3) Bead breaker disc
4) Plastic guards of Wheel turntable.

• Drain the water from the fi lter 'F' by pulling the fi tting
'S' downwards
• Check the level of oil in the lubricator.
Oil top-up procedure in the lubricator:
• Detach the compressed air line.
• Remove the cup 'T' by rotating it.
• Add oil as required.
• Make sure that the gaskets are in position before
re-closing the cup.
USE ONLY OILS FOR AIR DEVICES, DO NOT USE
BRAKE FLUID OR OTHER NON RECOMMEND
LUBRICANTS.
Suggested oils for the fi lter/lubricator unit:
TAMOIL
: WHITE MINERAL OIL 15
SHELL
: ONDINA OIL 15
BP
: ENERGOL WT3
TOTAL
: LOBELIA SB 15
ESSO
: MARCOL 82
If the machine is equipped with a tank for tubeless tires.
• drain condensation from the tank.
Note: The indicated frequency for the illustrated
tasks is suitable for normal machine use.
It is recommended that you run checks
and carry out unscheduled maintenance
every time it is deemed necessary or more
frequently than the indicated schedule.
