Operations
• Raise the tool claw once again, lubricate the side
of the tyre and then press the tyre shoulder with the
shoulder press arm to create suffi cient space to insert
the claw.
• Lower the Tool Claw once again, checking its
correct introduction between the rim and tyre.
Note:
During this phase the turntable must not
be rotated.
• Start rotating the turntable to bring the demounting
tool in position (Figure 5.2-9).
Note:
To facilitate this operation, press with
your left hand or alternatively with the
Bead Pusher tool, on the side of the tyre,
diametrically opposite to the tool.
Note:
Stop the Bead Pusher, before it, during
the rotation, comes into contact with the
safety pin (Figure 5.2-10).
• To facilitate breaking the upper bead and avoid
beading the lower one, move the lower bear beaker
disc on the lower bead and rise by about 3-4 cm in
relation to the lower edge of the rim.
• Activate the tool control valve lever to lift the bead
and start the rim extraction (Figure 5.2-11).
Note:
During this phase the turntable must not
be rotated.
• Activate the clockwise rotation and at the same
time press on the side of the tyre to keep the bead
in the channel, until the bead extraction has been
completed (Figure 5.2-12).

Lower bead extraction
Procedure:
• Use the demounting tool control lever to bring it in
the maximum extension position.
• manually lift the tyre, hook it to the tool, keeping on
the opposite side, the bead in the rim channel.
