Troubleshooting
Problem
Scale does not turn on.

Solution
Open the battery compartment cover
and remove the plastic strip.
Replace the batteries. See Replacing
the Batteries (page 11).
Insert batteries under the correct
polarity as marked on battery
compartment.
Contact Customer Support
(see page 15).
Remove weight from the scale. Use
a different scale with a higher weight
range.
Use a different scale to measure item.
Replace the batteries. See Replacing
the Batteries (page 11).
Please place the scale on a hard, flat
surface and wait for it to be cleared
before use.
