Pendant Mounting (Cable)
1.
Remove cover from enclosure and let hang by safety chain.
2.
Remove fixture from conduit and set aside.
3.
Install conduit T onto conduit and install pipe nipple into vertically facing T
leg.
4.
Install gland into horizontal facing pipe nipple.
5.
Install conduit T onto conduit and install pipe nipple into vertically facing T
leg.
6.
Install glands into horizontal facing pipe nipples.
7 .
Install glands into sensor hubs.
8.
Locate installation location and secure the L -brackets to the wall with
customer supplied hardware.
9.
Secure L-brackets to the enclosure with included hardware. Torque the
hardware to 25 in-lbs. (The enclosure provides 4 thru holes at the corners
for mounting L-brackets.) Note: Sensor lens must face down when
installed and have an unobstructed view.
10. Once wired (see wiring instructions), replace the cover and torque the
provided cover screws with 0-rings until fully seated.
11.
Re-install fixture to conduit T.
Stanchion Mounting
1.
Remove cover from enclosure and let hang by safety chain.
2.
Remove Stanchion mount from pole and set aside.
3.
Install conduit T onto top of pole and install pipe nipple into vertically
facing T leg.
4.
Install gland into horizontal facing pipe nipple.
5.
Install conduit T onto pipe nipple and install pipe nipple into vertically
facing T leg.
6.
Install glands into horizontal facing pipe nipples.
7 .
Install glands into sensor hubs.
8.
Locate installation location and secure the U-bolts and Stanchion Mount
Brackets to the Stanchion pole using included hardware. Torque the
hardware to 138 in-lbs.
9.
Secure the L-brackets to the Stanchion Mount Brackets using the included
hardware. Torque the hardware to 25 in-lbs.
10. Secure L-brackets to the enclosure with included hardware. Torque the
hardware to 25 in-lbs. (The enclosure provides 4 thru holes at the corners
for mounting L-brackets.) Note: Sensor lens must face down when
installed and have an unobstructed view.
11.
Once wired (see wiring instructions), replace the cover and torque the
provided cover screws with 0-rings until fully seated.
12. Re-install Stanchion mount to conduit T.
