Inserting and Removing the Battery
1. Insert the battery into the slot of the multi tool. Do not apply force when
inserting the battery into the slot. Iserting can be achieved easily and without
resistance.
2. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery release clips on the
sides automatically audibly lock into place. To remove the battery,
simultaneously press the battery release clips and pull out the battery.
Installing the Dust Extracting Adaptor
During sanding the multi tool produces a large
amount of dust. Therefore connecting the dust
extracting adaptor (6) is very important and helpful.
An industrial vacuum dust extractor or a vacuum
cleaner for domestic use can be connected to the
adaptor.
1. Remove the rubber plug (14) from the thread
located at the bottom side of the housing. If you
do not install the adaptor, insert the rubber plug
into the open thread.
2. Install the dust extracting adaptor (6) on the
multi tool and tighten it with the included screw.
3. Now connect the vacuum cleaner to the
adaptor. If necessary use the fitting (13) to
connect the vacuum cleaner.
Ensure that the vacuum cleaner to be used is
recommended for use with the multi tool.
Generally most wet and dry vacuum cleaners for
domestic use are suitable.
Dust extraction should always be used when
sanding hazardous materials such as hard woods and MDF panels.
Installing the Sanding Pad Holder
1. Lift up the quick change lever (1).
2. Attach the sanding pad holder (9) to the multi tool.
3. Low down the quick change lever.
