RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF THE GRILL
Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your Alfa 1977 oven.
WOOD LIGHTING
Place the Grill Burner
supplied on the Wood
Charcoal grid in the
desired position.
- As the logs are consumed, repositioning them in their lodgings in order to keep the
EN
fire fed.
- The coals generated by the combustion of the wood can be distributed over the
entire surface of the Wood Charcoal grid depending on the areas where you want
to cook. Generally the Grill Burner is placed below the hole for the wok to heat
pans, woks and pans directly with the flame of burning.
WARNING:
The oven should be fed with little of small cut firewood, maximum diameter of 5
cm. The use of a higher quantity has to be avoided and does not allow good baking
results.
GRID LIFTER: This component is designed to protect the oven and adjacent areas
at the Grill by uncontrolled flare-ups. It is therefore mandatory to keep the Grid Lifter
when you are using the Grill.
CHARCOAL LIGHTING
It is possible to use charcoal as combustible of the grill.
GRILL COOKING
COOK DECK
Place the Cook Deck on the Grid Lifetr using one of two
handles endowment. Cooking with Wok, Pans, stone,
etc.
GRID
Place the grid on the Grid Lifetr using two handles
endowment.

Place straw fire lighters
inside the Grill Burner.
Lay small pieces of wood
on the straw fire lighters.
Place 4 logs of small cut,
on the sleeves. Light on
straw fire lighters.
