• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
• Remove used batteries promptly.
• Recycle or dispose of batteries properly in accordance with all local, state, province, and country
regulations.

children.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. This unit comes with two AAA batteries. Put the two AAA batteries into the battery compartment
of the unit.
2. To turn the unit on, slide the power p button upward once. This will activate the low intensity
vibration setting. To switch to the high intensity vibration setting, slide the power p button up
one more time (Fig. 1).
3. Apply the massager head lightly to the area you wish to massage. Move the unit slowly, holding
it over the targeted area. Massage the area for a short period of time and move to another area.
NEVER massage the same area for longer than 3 minutes.
4. To turn the unit off, slide the power p button all the way down until the vibration stops.
