User information

The CoDeSys controller CPX-CEC/CPX-CEC-... is intended
exclusively for use in CPX terminals. The specified limits
for technical data must be adhered to.
Detailed information can be found in the manual for the
product (P.BE-CPX-CEC-...) as well as in the CPX system
manual (P.BE-CPX-SYS-...).
Warning
S Switch off the voltage before connecting or discon-
necting plug connectors (functional damage).
S Use only power sources that guarantee reliable elec-
trical isolation of the operating voltage to IEC/DIN EN
60204-1. Take into account also the general require-
ments for PELV circuits as per IEC/DIN EN 60204-1.
S Connect an earth conductor of sufficient
cross-sectional area to the connection on the CPX
terminal marked with the earth symbol.
S The system contains electrostatically sensitive com-
ponents. Do not therefore touch any contacts. Ob-
serve the handling specifications for electrostatic
sensitive devices.
Note
Only commission CPX terminals that have been fully
assembled and wired.
