Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the spare wheel and the bumper and disassemble the buffer beam and the exhaust.
2)
Drill the 4 indentations on the backside of the cross beam through with 10,5mm and enlarge these
drillings till ø25mm, remove on the the front of the cross beam the rubber caps on the same height of the
drilled holes. Place the mounting pieces (-e) and (-d) with (B) against these openings and look where
point (A) matches with the provided drilling, enlarge this drilling till ø12mm and place the cage nuts
through the quadrangular opening in front of it. Insert by point (A) the bolts and washers but do not
tighten anything yet.
3)
Insert the bolts by the points (B) through the mounting pieces and bring along the big openings the tubes
(-f) in the chassis beam. Place the tow bar with (B) against the body work on the inserted bolts, but first
insert the washers of 28-14-1.5mm between the tow bar and the body work. Insert all bolts and tighten
everything firmly.
4)
Re-assemble the exhaust and the buffer beam and replace the spare wheel.
5)
Assemble (*) and tighten firmly.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
