USE OF ANCHORING EYELET
Insert the Mobilfix eyelet into the terminal by using the finger to push in the red eyelet release button, so that the
pin of the eyelet is guided into the terminal.
The retaining balls inside the eyelet are only released by pressing the button. If the pin is positioned sufficiently
deep in the terminal, the button can be released and the eyelet can be inserted farther. Once the eyelet has
been inserted as deeply as required, the retaining balls in the terminal are locked in place automatically with an
audible "click" sound and the anchoring point is ready for use.
If there is no "click", check the entire unit for integrity and dirt.
Do not use Mobilfix if the locking mechanism does not work.
The eyelet can no longer be removed from the terminal. Assume a secured position and conduct a pull test to
ensure that the anchoring point is properly locked in place.
(Do not use Mobilfix to secure your position!)
There should be only a small gap (<1mm) between the terminal washer and the contact surface of the eyelet.
The user can use his lanyard to attach to the shackle of the eyelet only after the eyelet has been locked in the
terminal.
Now the user can connect his lanyard to the eyelet.
