GENERAL ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENTS
All individual parts must be cleaned of dirt prior to assembly. The use of aggressive materials and chemicals on
the system, as well as contact with plaster, cement or similar agents, must be avoided. Immediately remove any
injection mortar residue or other impurities, so that correct functioning of the product is not adversely affected.
Assemble the Mobilfix terminal in strict compliance with SKYLOTEC design documents. Deviations are not
permitted. Only original SKYLOTEC parts should be assembled and used. The use of components or elements of
other manufacturers or suppliers may endanger the life of the user! Components must be handled with care and
must not be thrown!
The following securing devices are prescribed if installation involves free-standing structures:
Safety harnesses in accordance with DIN 7478 or EN 361, separate rope lanyards with shock absorbers pursuant
to EN 345/355

Assembly equipment
Sufficient quantities of injection mortar (Würth WIT-PE 500) and a static mixer (Würth 0903 488 121)
should be carried along for installation purposes. These parts are not included in the scope of delivery.
Ask your local dealer for this parts. An M20 nut of at least A2 quality is needed for installation on steel
structures.
