Maintenance
Disconnect nailer from the air supply before changing accessories,
servicing or performing maintenance.
1. Disconnect the tool from the air compressor before making
adjustments, clearing jams, servicing, relocating and during
non-operation.
2. If you are using this tool without using an in-line automatic
oiler and filter, place 2 to 6 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the
air inlet before each workday or after 2 hours of continuous
use.
3. Check and change all worn or damaged o-rings, seals, etc.
Tighten all screws and caps to prevent personal injury.
4. Inspect the trigger and safety mechanism to assure the safety
system is functional. Make sure there are no loose, missing or
sticking parts.
5. Keep the magazine and the nose of the tool clean and free of
any dirt, lint or abrasive particles.
