• Rusted or damaged

• Defective motor or

• Use of an extension
cord.
CORRECTION
• Check for blown fuse
and replace.
• Check wiring
connections.
• Check valve manually:
pull upward on ring.
If condition persists,
replace valve.
• Clean or replace air
filter.
• Replace check valve.
• Check for proper
adjustment and if
problem persists,
replace pressure
switch.
• Tighten any loose
fittings.
• Check for leaks and
replace if necessary.
• Replace tank
immediately. Do not
attempt to repair the
tank.
• Contact Customer
Service.
• Replace the pressure
switch.
• If possible, plug in
directly without
extension cord.
