Faults
In order to ensure unit safety and leak
tightness, only approved persons may
open the units and replace parts subject
to water pressure.
Help with faults:
Fault
Backwashing water contin-
ues running!
Water flow rate falls!
Leaks in the Backwash
Protective Filter!
Filter cover becomes turbid!
Hairline cracks on the filter
hood!
Phosphate has run out.
Phosphate cartridge is leaky
after inserting.
Phosphate cartridge does
not de-aerate.

Faults
Cause
Flushing valve not fully
closed.
Dirt in the flushing valve.
Screen is blocked.
Filter cover has been
exposed to high tempe-
ratures or solvents.
Phosphate cartridge is
empty.
O-ring might be seized.
Water flow is too low.
JUDO EASY FILT DOS
Remedy
Repeat the backwashing and
then turn to the right up to the
limit stop of the flushing valve!
Carry out backwashing.
Inform the fitter or nearest
customer service centre.
(The filter cover must be
replaced immediately.)
Insert a new phosphate
cartridge.
Check if the o-ring at the
phosphate cartridge fits
correctly.
Increase the water flow to
1000-2000 l/h or manually fill
the cartridge with water.
