3 The device is pre-configured prior to delivery. Any technical alterations are
prohibited.
3 Prior to each use, check whether the device is in proper condition.
Do not use the device if a component is defective.
3 Do not remove the nameplate on the housing.
3 The roast thermometer and the sensor are suitable for temperatures from
-20°C up to a maximum of +250°C. Temperatures outside this range damage
the product and are not shown on the display.
3 Please note that when using the device on a barbecue, the cable may not be
laid directly above very hot surfaces, e.g. glowing coals or hot gas burners.
Do not lay the cable directly above hot areas. Otherwise, the sensor will get
damaged.
3 The thermometer is not suitable for use in the oven when the grill function is
switched on.
3 It must always be placed outside the oven. Excessive heat may cause damage.
3 In case of temperatures higher than 250 °C, the display will show "TOO HOT",
