09. Slide the gate and always use the pinion as a reference to fix the
other elements of the rack.
10. Cut off the excess section of rack.
11. Try to open and close the gate a number of times and check that
the rack moves in line with the pinion with a maximum misalignment
of 5 mm and that a play of 1÷2 mm between the pinion and the rack
is observed throughout the length.
12. Fully tighten down the gear motor nuts, making sure that it is
firmly fixed to the ground; cover the nuts with the provided caps as
in Figure 11.

13. Install the stop switch brackets as
• Move the gate by hand to the open position, stopping at least 2-3
cm before the mechanical stop.
• Slide the bracket on the rack in the opening direction until the stop
switch trips. Now move the bracket at least 2 cm and secure it to the
rack with its grub screws (fig. 12).

• Do the same for the closing stop bracket.
14. Lock the gearmotor as shown in par. 3.5 - Release and manual
movement and in chapter 7 "User Instructions and Warnings".

To RELEASE the gearmotor:
01. Slide the lock cover disc.
