Troubleshooting
Follow this troubleshooting guide to resolve common issues. If the
problem persists, do not use the unit and contact an authorised
repair centre to have it inspected or repaired.
Problem
No power or the
machine is idling.
Stitches are being
skipped.
Possible Cause
• The AC adapter is not
suitable.
• Needle incorrectly
inserted.
• The needle is bent.
• The presser foot is
too loose.

Solution
• Use the power adapter supplied with
this unit.
• Remove and reinsert the needle with
the flat side facing backwards.
• Replace it with a new needle.
• Retighten the presser foot.
