Product usage
Note: If the spool of thread is frayed at one end, position that end to the right to
prevent the thread from getting caught whilst sewing.
•
If the spool of thread is large and cannot fit over the spool pin in the horizontal position,
lift the spool pin up into the vertical position. When using the vertical position, slightly
loosen the spool cover or remove it completely from the spool pin, so that it won't prevent
the spool from rotating whilst sewing.
5.
Whilst firmly holding the spool of thread on the spool pin with your right hand, start
threading the upper thread with your left hand as follows:
1)
Pass the thread under the slot to the right
of the thread guide, then through it; next,
wrap the thread around the tension guide as
shown.
2)
Pull the thread downwards and insert it into
the groove on the right of the front panel to
pass the thread between the tension discs.
3)
Make a U-turn around the bottom of the
panel.
