re-fix the set screw on the shaft with the help of the Allen key
Nº 3.
Finally, replace the container and secure it with the help of the two retaining knobs (F).

Sharpening the blades

WARNING: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety
recommendations since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Next, open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain

access to the blades.
Next, place the grid on the top of the machine and secure it with

the four fasteners.
Loosen the two retaining knobs (F) that secure the container to

the body of the machine.
To remove the blades and sharpen them, you must unscrew

the bolts that join them to the motor shaft using an Allen
key Nº 4. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped
and disconnected before manipulating it.
