12. Replacing the fuse
If you have to replace the fuse, ensure that you only use fuses of the specified type and rated current (see
"Specifications").
It is inadmissible to repair fuses or bridge the fuse holder.
• After disconnecting the mixer from the mains (pull out mains cable!), pull the mains cable out of the
mains connection (49) on the device. Carefully lever out the fuse holder (50) with the defective fuse.
• Remove the defective fuse and replace it with a fuse of the same type.
• Now carefully put the fuse holder with the new fuse back in.
• Only now may the mains cable be reconnected to the power socket on the mixer and plugged into the
mains socket.
13. Troubleshooting
By purchasing this DJM700U USB-CLUB-MIXER, you have acquired a state-of-the-art product which ope-
rates reliably.
Nevertheless, problems or malfunctions may occur.
We would therefore like to describe how you can eliminate possible malfunctions:
Always observe the safety instructions!
Device does not work after the POWER switch has been switched on.
• The mains plug has not been plugged into the mains socket properly.
• The mains socket is not supplied with power.
The mixer is switched on but no sound can be heard.
• No input signal; check the signal source.
• Wrong input selected; select the correct input.
• Input level not set correctly. Set the level correctly.
No signal can be heard although the MASTER level indicator shows a signal.
• Downstream device (amplifier) not switched on or set incorrectly.
• The output is not connected properly or not connected at all.
No signal can be heard although the channel level indicator shows a signal.
• Channel fader is set to the minimum.
• Channel has been faded out using the CROSSFADER.
