(37) GND connection
To prevent hum trouble, a ground connection can be established via this screw clamp between the mixer
and the ground line of the record player (usually black cable with clamp-type socket).
(38) MIC AUX SEND connection
The set MIC signal of the AUX control (3) is present at the MIC AUX SEND socket.
(39) MIC AUX RETURN connection
The MIC AUX RETURN sockets (L + R) can be used as the input for a modified stereo effect signal. However,
sockets MIC AUX RETURN L and MIC AUX RETURN R can also be used as an additional stereo input. When
a mono signal is supplied, use the MIC AUX RETURN L socket (MONO).
The input sensitivity of the channel cannot be set on the mixer. The signal strength has to be set on the
connected effect unit. Both return signals are controlled via MAIN OUT 1 or MAIN OUT 2 (16/17) at outputs
MAIN OUTPUT 1 + 2 or the SUBWOOFER OUTPUT.
(40) MAIN OUTPUT 1 connection (balanced)
XLR connection for the downstream amplifier. The output level is set using the MAIN OUT 1 control (16).
(41) MAIN OUTPUT 1 MONO switch
Press this switch to play back the output signal at MAIN OUTPUT 1 (40) in mono. In this position, BAL 1 (18)
has no effect.
(42) SUBWOOFER connection
XLR connection for the downstream subwoofer amplifier. The output level is set using the MAIN OUT 1
control (16) and SUBWOOFER LEVEL (43).
(43) SUBWOOFER LEVEL control
Use this control to preadjust the output signal of the SUBWOOFER connection (42).
(44) SUBWOOFER X/O control
Use this control to set the deep-base separation frequency (30 - 200 Hz).
(45) MAIN OUT 2 connection
RCA connection for an additional amplifier. The output level is set using the MAIN OUT 2 control (17).
(46) TAPE sockets
The mixed audio output signal (CH1 - CH5) is present at this output. However, the REC signal is not affected
by the MAIN OUT controls (16 + 17) or the BALANCE control (18).
You can connect recording devices such as cassette recorders, MD players or CD recorders and record
the mixer signal.
(47) EFFECTS SEND FROM PFL sockets
The PFL Signal is present at these sockets. The signal can be fed to an external effect unit. The headphones
PFL signal and the EFFECTS SEND FROM PFL signal are identical.
(48) EFFECTS RETURN TO MAIN sockets
The EFFECTS RETURN TO MAIN sockets are mainly used as input for a modified effect signal. The sockets
can also be used as an additional stereo input. The signal is controlled using the EFFECTS RET (27) control.
(49) Main connection
Connect the provided mains cable to the main connection.
