Possible Problem
After installation, the
unit doesn't work.
Light works, but blower
is not turning.
The unit is vibrating.
The unit is whistling.
The blower is working,
but the lights are not.
The speed levels of the
blower sound the same.

Possible Cause
The power source is not turned ON.
The power line and the cable
locking connector is not connecting
properly.
The switch board or control board
wirings are disconnected.
The switch board or control board is
defective.
The blower cable is disconnected.
Debris or obstruction in motor.
Motor defective or possibly seized.
Damaged capacitor.
The switch board or control board is
defective.
The blower is not secured in place.
Damaged blower wheel.
The hood is not secured in place.
The filter is not in the correct
position.
The duct pipe connections are not
sealed or connected properly.
The LED light connector is
disconnected.
Defective LED light.
The switch board or control board is
defective.
Using the wrong size of ducting.
ACT enabled blower CFM set to 290
or 390 CFM.

Solutions
Make sure the circuit breaker and the unit's
power is ON.
Check the power connection with the unit is
connected properly.
Make sure the wirings at the switch board
and control board are connected properly.
Change the switch board or control board.
Connect the blower cable.
Remove the debris or obstruction.
Change the blower.
Change the capacitor.
Change defective part.
Tighten the blower in place.
Replace the blower.
Check the installation of the hood.
Adjust the filters until the whistling stops.
Check the duct pipe connections to be sure
all connections are sealed properly.
Connect the LED light connector.
Change the LED light.
Change the switch board or control board.
Change the ducting to at least 8" or higher.
Noise level distinction between some speeds
may be minimal when ACT enabled blower
is set to 290 or 390 CFM.
