Daily, by a trained user :
1. Empty the crumb collector ;
2. Use a slightly damp cloth for external maintenance ;
Every 25.000 cuts and/or at least 1 time a year, by an authorised agent :
1. Remove the plug ;
2. Replace the blades (refer to the "How to change the blades" section) ;
NB : Don't over tighten the cutters because there is a risk of deforming the frame.
3. Clean with a brush and vacuum the inside of the machine ;
4. Check the state of the bearings ;
5. Lubricate the guides.

Additional maintenance for models with oiling system
The oil to use is :
Every 1000 cuts or every 15 days, by a trained user :
1. Add the amount of edible oil (100 to 150 ml) required to impregnate the felt pads of the
carriage (push the button moving the carriage forward in order to access the oil refill
cap);
2. Press the red "maintenance" button.
Every 25.000 cuts and/or at least 1 time a year, by an authorised agent :
1. Remove the plug ;
2. Replace the pusher felts.
