Vanne de prélèvement TSVN
Démontage
Démonter la vanne du tuyau
• Tenir la vanne.
• Retirer les demi-anneaux C*.
• Sortir la vanne du tuyau.
Ouvrir la vanne
• Tourner le volant (20) vers la gauche.
La vanne s'ouvre.
Séparation de l'actionneur du carter
• Retirer les demi-anneaux (28).
• Retirer l'actionneur.
Dépose du disque de vanne
• Retirer l'agrafe (10).
• Sortir le disque (21).
• Sortir le disque de vanne (15) avec le palier (2), le dis-
que d'étanchéité (3) le joint d'étanchéité (1) et le joint
torique (5) de la lanterne (9).
Démontage de l'actionneur
• Dévisser le volant (20) avec la tige de piston (16) avec
les rondelles de blocage (27), le ressort de compression
(19), le couvercle de la cage à ressort (18), les joints
toriques (22, 23), le piston (17) et le manchon (34).

Dismantling
Removing the valve from the pipe
• Hold the valve firmly.
• Remove clamps C*.
•Take the valve out of the pipe.
Opening the valve
• Turn the wheel (20) anticlockwise.
The valve opens.
Disconnecting the actuator from the housing
• Remove the clamps (28).
• Take off the actuator.
Dismounting the valve disk
• Remove the clip (10).
• Take out the disk (21).
• Pull the valve disk (15) with bearing (2), sealing disk
(3) sealing (1) and O-ring (5) out of the lantern (9).
Dismantling the actuator
• Unscrew the wheel (20) with the piston rod (16) with
lock washers (27), pressure spring (19), spring cage
cover (18), O-rings (22, 23), piston (17) and bushing
(34).
