The moving blade can be replaced now (9). Add grease to the fix blade in the indicated position
(10):
•
Repeat the inverse procedure to reassemble the tool. During the reassemble operation add grease
to the blade pins.
•
Between operation 5 and 4, move the blade by hand to evaluate the smooth relative movement
between the blades. If the movement is difficult the locking nut has to be released by one step. If
there is lateral freeplay the locking nut has to be tightened of one step.
15.5 Fixed blade replacement

Follow the procedure at par. 15.3 for moving blade replacement up to point (9).

Remove fixed blade screw (1) and pull out the fixed blade (2):

Repeat the inverse procedure to reassemble the tool.

16 Storage

•
Don't disport the battery to hot or cold environment.
•
Remove the battery from the device if storage for a long time.
•
Storage the battery and charger into box to keep it away from hot temperature, dust and humidity.
Check switch is in OFF position before storage.
•
Battery should be stored in dry environment, see below:
Storage less than 1 month
Storage less than 6 month
Storage over 6 month
