1. Is there fuel supplied to the grill?
2. Is the main shut-off valve open?
3. Are you using the correct type of fuel for the grill? ( Propane gas grill or Natural Gas grill)
4. Is your propane cylinder empty? Have you recently refilled the propane cylinder? If so, is
the connection tight?

POSSIBLE CAUSES
For propane - improper lighting procedure.
Ensure lighting procedure is followed carefully. All gas grill valves must
be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn tank on
slowly to allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
Low Fuel
Check to see if propane tank is empty.
Flame Tamer Panels installed incorrectly.
Ensure Flame Tamer Panels are installed with the hole patterns running
front to back. See assembly instructions.
Pre-heat grill with main burners on high for 10 minutes.
Excessive grease and ash build on Flame Tamer Panels and in
pan.
Clean Flame Tamer Panels and drip pan regularly. Do not line pan with
aluminum foil. Refer to cleaning instructions.
Possible spider web or other debris, or improper air shutter adjust-
ment.
Thoroughly clean burner by removing. See general maintenance
instructions.
Open air shutter slightly according to combustion air adjustment
instructions. (This must be done by a licensed gas fitter.)
