Fig. 7.2:
The hydraulic 4-way reversing valve (6) preassembled with the
actuator is fixed on a transport plate (7) inside the unit with its
threaded flanges (see Fig. 7.2 on page 7). After dismantling the
hydraulic 4-way reversing valve from the device compartment,
the transport plate (7) must be removed. The threaded flanges
of the 4-way reversing valve must be loosened. The connec-
tions elements and the flange gaskets are placed, together with
the protective filter in the accessory box (8), on the plate heat
exchanger. Two preassembled pipe assemblies (9) are placed
on the baseplate of the heat pump. These pipe assemblies must
be connected with the threaded flanges as shown in Fig. 7.3 on
page 7.

Fig. 7.3:
The clearances shown in Fig. 7.3 on page 7 must be achieved
with the sealing process between the double nipple and
threaded flange on the heat pump on the one hand, and be-
tween the "heating water flow" pipe assembly and threaded
flange on the other. When the required installation position is
achieved, the flanges with the accompanying seals must be
connected with the hydraulic 4-way reversing valve using
screws, washers and spring washers.
The hydraulic 4-way reversing valve can be mounted in the four
positions shown Fig. 7.4 on page 8 to Fig. 7.7 on page 8. The
correct position of the motor control lever is pointed out again
in detail according to its installation position and depending on
the operating mode (heating or cooling).
