Handset and caller unit cannot communicate:
• The handsets and caller unit may have different ID code. Pair all handsets and the
caller unit again.
• (Rechargeable) battery level may be low. Recharge the handsets and replace
batteries in the caller unit.
The range is too short:
• Steel structures may exist between handset and caller unit. Locate the handset to
a new location.
• (Rechargeable) battery level may be low. Recharge the handsets and replace
batteries in the caller unit.
Out-of-range alert is always on:
• There may be no power supply to the caller unit. Replace batteries or check 12 V
supply to the caller unit.
Low rechargeable battery icon is always on:
• The rechargeable battery may be damaged and cannot be charged. Replace the
rechargeable battery.
Door latch cannot be remotely opened by the handset:
• Doorlock open button (9) may have been deactivated.
• There may be no power supply to the caller unit. Check if 12 V supply is available. The
door latch will not work, when the caller unit is using batteries only.
• Connections at terminal block may be wrong.
Cannot perform intercom between handsets:
• The handsets may not be properly paired. Pair all handsets and the caller unit again.
• Rechargeable battery level may be low. Charge the rechargeable battery of the
handset.
