Additional handle (see fig. 1)
Always use the additional handle 5 when operating.
Additional handle 5 may be positioned as deemed
comfortable by the user.
• Release additional handle 5 as shown on fig. 1.
• Extract cap 11 and screw additional handle 5 into
the threaded opening.
• Insert cap 11 into the freed threaded opening.
Protective casing
Always use protective casing 4 when
applying cutting and grinding discs.
Operation
accessories without protective casing 4
is strictly forbidden. Protective casing 4 should
always face the operator with its closed part.
Mounting / dismounting the protective casing (see
fig. 2)

• With a screwdriver (not supplied with the power tool)
release screw 13 and install protective casing 4 onto
the spindle neck, watching that mounting lug 12 comes
into the longitudinal groove of the spindle neck (see
fig. 2).
• Turn protective casing 4 into the required position
and tighten screw 13 with a screwdriver (not supplied
with the power tool).
• When dismounting protective casing 4 repeat the
aforementioned operations in reverse order.
Adjusting the protective casing into work position
(see. fig. 3)

This model is supplied with the mounted protective
casing 4. Before proceeding to establish a protective
casing 4, so that its closed part facing toward the user.
• With a screwdriver (not supplied with the power tool)
release fixing screw 14 (see fig. 3).
• Turn the protective casing 4 into the required position
and tighten the fixing screw 14 with a screwdriver (not
supplied).
Mounting / replacement of accessories
After mounting accessories of any kind,
make a trial run before commencing
operation - start the power tool and let
it work in idle mode for not less than 30
seconds. The operation of accessories with radial
or axial run-out and causing increased vibration of
the power tool is strictly forbidden.

Mounting of cutting / grinding disc (see fig. 4)
• Install flange 16 onto spindle 15 (see fig. 4).
• Install one of the aforementioned accessories onto
spindle 15.

• Press and hold spindle lock 2.
• Screw clamping nut 18 onto spindle 15 and tighten
it with flange wrench 10. Attention: at mounting
any accessories over 4 mm thick clamping nut 18
should be turned over (see fig. 4).
• Release spindle lock 2.
Replacing the cutting / grinding disc (see fig. 4-5)
• Press and hold spindle lock 2.
• Release clamping nut 18 with flange wrench 10 (see
fig.5).
• Replace the accessory.
• Screw clamping nut 18 onto spindle 15 and tighten
it with flange wrench 10. Attention: at mounting
any accessories over 4 mm thick clamping nut 18
should be turned over (see fig. 4).
• Release spindle lock 2.
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identification plate.
Switching the power
Switching on:
Slide the on / off switch 6 forward without pressing.
Switching off:
Push the back part of on / off switch 6.

Using revolution adjustment switch 8, you may select
the required spindle speed (also during operation).
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials.
When operating your power tool at a low speed for a long
time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes. To do it, set
a maximum speed and leave your power tool to run idle.

Cutting (see fig. 6)
• Install cutting disc as described below.
• Start the power tool, wait until the engine gains its
maximum speed and only after that, smoothly bring
cutting disc to the surface processed.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the power tool,
is
as it will not bring better results but it will overload the
engine and wear out cutting disc faster.
• Move the power tool along the cutting line with
moderate feed, not distorting and not making vibrating
and bursting movements.
• Cutting should be implemented in the direction
shown on fig. 6. When cutting in the reverse direction
the danger of uncontrolled throwing of the power
