Storing the Water Dispenser
If the water dispenser is not to be used for an extended period of time, then proceed as below. Before storage
· Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
· Drain the water from the taps. Empty any remaining water from the Drain Valve (# 11)
· Store the water dispenser in an upright position

When a bottle is first installed, it may require you to hold the tap down for
up to 30 seconds for water to begin flowing.
The water dispenser does not have the correct clearances from the wall.

time for the cooling system to recycle.

Unplug the water dispenser and check all the connects in the water bottle
cabinet. It is possible that a connection became loose while moving the
bottle. Even a slight loose connection can cause the unit not to operate
properly
Check to ensure that the water dispenser is on a level surface
The water dispenser needs to be pre-cleaned or rinsed.
Condensation on the inside of the water bottle is normal. It occurs when
the temperature inside the bottle is different to outside of the bottle.
