COOLING LINE FILLING DEVICE
DESCRIPTION
Pressure loss system that forces rapid total refi lling of the circuit.
Compressed air is used to empty the system.
Supplied with 4 rubber bushes Ø30-35-39.5-44mm (expanding) suitable for radiator caps from
Ø31mm to 52mm.
The tool requires the system to have been previously emptied.
INSTRUCTIONS
• Empty water of radiator. Choose a suitable rubber bush, and place it between cooling system
adaptor and radiator tightly. (See FIGURE 1)
• Connect cooling system adaptor to vacuum pump, and connect shop air to air connector. Then
turn on the switch. (See FIGURE 2)
• Allow air pressure to reach a vacuum level approximately between 20~25 inHG (50-60 cmHg) of
mercury. Please turn off the switch and take off the vacuum pump. (See FIGURE 3)
• Connect coolant hose to cooling system adaptor and then turn on the switch. (The coolant hose
should have fi lled with coolant, and put in the container fi lled with coolant). After a few minutes,
the coolant will fl ow into the radiator via coolant hose until the needle points zero. (See FIGURE
4)
