7. Guarantee

Duration of the guarantee
In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sales, your power tool comes with a 1 year
guarantee provided it is used properly, excluding consumables. A proof of purchase will be required
(invoice or delivery slip).
The guarantee covers the following
This guarantee covers all material faults or manufacturing defects of your VIRAX tool. In this case, the
tool will be returned to you free of charge. Your tool shall be repaired or replaced with an identical tool.
What is not covered by the guarantee
Faults due to improper use, abuse, overload, non compliance with the operating instructions,
intervention on the machine of a person not approved by an After-sales repair center or normal wear
are not covered by this guarantee.
VIRAX waives any liability for damage incurred by accessories or caused to objects or persons close
to the machine. The product must not have been disassembled.
Particularity of this guarantee
This guarantee is the only guarantee valid on your VIRAX product. No employee, agent, trader or
other person is authorized to modify this guarantee or provide any such guarantees upon VIRAX.
