Printer is not printing.
Barcode reader is not functioning.
"Error code XXX. Please restart
QuikRead go" message is displayed.
"Error code XXX. Please contact customer
service" is displayed.
Accumulator unit must be re-charged frequently.
"Accumulator level is low. Please connect to
the mains cable in order to continue operation"
error message is displayed.
Clock battery warning is displayed.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible cause
The printer is off or
the printer cable is not connected or
the printer has malfunction or
the settings are not correct.
The barcode reader is not connected or
the barcode reader has a malfunction or
the settings are not correct.
Humidity has accumulated on optical surfaces.
Temporary malfunction of the instrument.
Permanent malfunction of the instrument.
Accumulator unit storage capacity decreases
during its life time.
Charge in accumulator unit is low.
Internal clock battery is empty.
Corrective action
Make sure that the printer is connected and
its power is on. Check the settings.
If the problem continues start-up the instrument
and printer and retry printing from the Results
menu. If problem continues, contact customer
service.
Make sure that the barcode reader is connect-
ed. Check the settings. If the problem continues
start-up the instrument and retry
the barcode reading. If problem continues,
contact customer service.
Transfer the instrument to a dry environment
and restart.
Restart the instrument. If this error message is
displayed frequently, contact customer service.
Contact customer service.
Replace the old accumulator unit with a new
one according to the procedure described in the
chapter Inserting accumulator unit.
Connect the power unit into the QuikRead go
power connector.
Replace the clock battery according to the
procedure described in the chapter Changing
the clock battery.
