General Precautions
When using the IH heater
Do not use other IH cooking appliances on the top plate.
IH rice cooker, portable induction cooktop, etc.

(The magnetic field may damage this product.)
This product emits magnetic lines of force.
Keep away anything affected by magnetism.
Radios, TVs, hearing aids, etc. (They will be susceptible to noise.)

Cassette tapes, automatic turnstile tickets, bank cards, etc.
¥
(The records may be erased or damaged.)
Do not place seasoning, food, etc. in the cabinet.
(The exhaust heat may spoil them.)
Do not clog up the intake vent of cabinet or the exhaust cover.
The intake vent / exhaust cover filter clog detection may be activated and turn off the power automatically.

If acidic food sticks to the top plate or top frame, wipe it off immediately.
Vinegar, jam or food containing lemon juice, etc.

(Otherwise, the top plate or top frame may be discolored.)
Do not rub the top frame with the bottom of pot, or place a hot pot on it.
(The top frame may be damaged or discolored.)
Do not put water on the top operation panel or place anything on it.
(The top operation panel keys may malfunction.)
Do not put hot pot on the display.
(The display might be hard to see or heat detection operate for stopping power distribution.)
Do not place overheated pots on the caution labels located the upper left and right sides of top plate.
(The labels may melt.)
Do not heat empty pots or overheat.
(The ingredients may burn or the pot may be damaged.)
Do not place paper, etc. under the pot.
(The paper scorch due to the heat of the pot.)
Do not use the product for purposes other than cooking.
Clean the product after it has cooled down.
Avoid contact with the top plate for a while after use, because the top plate remains hot due to the heat of the pot.

Do not use a steam cleaner.
(If the water enters the electrical parts built into the unit, it may cause malfunction.)
After use, switch off the element by its control and do not rely on the pot detector.
When using the heat level [3kW] of the left IH heater
Do not use [3kW] for stir-frying.
(The heating power is very strong and the bottom of the pot may be deformed.)
When boiling water, turn down the heat level as soon as
the water has boiled.
(The heating power is very strong and the water may boil over or splash around.)
When boiling something, do not put it in the pot while the heat level is set at [3kW].
(The heating power is very strong. The ingredients may boil over.)
When deep-frying with right IH heater
In order to minimize oil splashing
Prepare ingredients properly. (

Do not pour oil into the pot while drops of water remain on the surface of inside.
¥
Do not put ingredients into the pot before the oil has reached a suitable temperature.
¥
(The oil may splash when the oil temperature rises.)
Do not bring your face close to the pot.
