For purposes of this Disclaimer of Warranty for Software
(this "Disclaimer"), "Software" means any software application
(and all associated content and functionality) provided
by LV or any third party that may be accessed using
or that may otherwise interoperate with the Louis Vuitton
Tambour Connected.
Third-Party Software. "Third-Party Software" refers
to Software that has been developed by, or is provided
to you for use with the Louis Vuitton Tambour Connected by,
any person other than LV. All Third-Party Software is provided
"as is" and without warranty, either express or implied,
and such software is to be used at your own risk. Any warranty
that is provided in connection with such Third-Party Software
is provided solely by such third party(ies) and not by LV.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL LV OR ANY
OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY ARISING
FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY
