bought it, or would only have given a lesser price for it if he had
known of the defects". In accordance with article 1648
of the Luxembourg Civil Code, the buyer must inform the seller
of the hidden defects within a brief delay as of the moment
the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable

This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under Hong Kong law
(and, in particular, the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26
The Laws of Hong Kong). Nothing in this international limited
guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim,
exclude or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements
provided or non-excludable statutory rights you may have
under the laws of Hong Kong.
