Where the defect cannot be remedied or is of a substantial
character, you are entitled to either reject the goods and obtain
a replacement or reject the goods and obtain a refund.
In addition, you may obtain damages for any loss or damage
suffered (other than the reduction of the value of the goods)
as a result or consequence of the defect.
You may lodge a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims
for any loss suffered or any matter concerning your interests
as a consumer under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act
of 1999.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable
to the Netherlands
This international limited guarantee gives you specific legal
rights, which may be exercised in addition to other rights under
Dutch law governing the sale of consumer goods which rights
are not affected by this international limited guarantee.
