(with its original battery and charger and a color photocopy
of proof of purchase) by registered mail, carefully wrapped
to avoid damage, to a Louis Vuitton store.
This US Limited Warranty will only be honored in Louis Vuitton
stores (a list of which is available online at louisvuitton.com)
or by mail according to the instructions set forth herein.
If you choose to mail your Tambour Horizon watch,
Louis Vuitton is not responsible for loss or damage
during shipping.
Louis Vuitton will, upon inspecting your Tambour Horizon
watch and confirming that this US Limited Warranty applies,
at no charge, repair or replace your Tambour Horizon watch.
Louis Vuitton may use functionally equivalent, reconditioned,
refurbished, pre-owned or new products in connection
with the repair. No data, software or apps will be reinstalled
or installed on any replacement device.
