Initialisation signal 1
Determines the signal aspect which should be displayed when the decoder is switched on.
255 = Restore last signal aspect
Displays the signal aspect again which was presented before the decoder was switched
off.
0 = Display standard signal aspect
Displays the default signal aspect of the signal (safe condition "Stop").
1, 2, 3 ... 24 = Explicit specification
Displays the first, second, third etc. signal aspect. Invalid values lead to specification 0
(standard signal aspect).

This is the DCCext value which corresponds with the signal aspect currently being display-
ed. This CV is not a "configuration", but rather a live value which for example can be used
