NOTE- Pump might still be in operation after the power cord disconnection if optional
battery is built-in (9P-086520)
5. Turn the power switch to ON position.
CAUTION- The pump can only be applied to the mattress recommended by the
manufacturer. Do not use it for any other purpose. (Applied part: air mattress) Do
not position the equipment so that it is difficult to operate the disconnecting
device.
CAUTION- Allow the mattress to inflate before positioning the patient on the mattress.
6. The cable management tape is provided along the side of the mattress to manage power cord.
Please make sure the wire has no signs of damage. After installation, extra length of the
power cord, if any, should be neatly managed to prevent stumble accident and should be
clear of moving bed mechanisms or other possible entrapment areas.
NOTE- The EQUIPMENT should be firmly placed at position where users can easily access to.
5. Operation
NOTE- Always read the operating instruction before use.

5.1 General Operation

5.1.1 Pro-care Optima
1. Switch the power switch on the side of the pump and press power key to turn it on.
2. Pre-set program
2.1 If the pre-set program is desired, you can choose TICK and press the knob, pump will
automatically

2.2 If you have preferred setting, you can choose Mode and Cycle time to enter setting
3. Once pump recognizes mattress size through quick connector, it will begin to inflate mattress
whichtakes around 30 minutes to complete initial inflation.
Perform pre-set program:
Mode  Alternating
Cycle time  10 mins.
