The markings on the
control knob show the
assignment for each
burner and the heat setting
from low heat to high heat.
The setting is infinitely
variable.
The flame symbol in the
middle of the wok burner
control knob indicates the
setting from which the
outer flame ring will also
be switched on.

Use the accessories only as specified. The
manufacturer shall accept no liability if accessories
have been used incorrectly.
Wok (00469744)
The wok distributes the
intense heat evenly,
allowing food to be cooked
more quickly while at the
same time needing less oil.
Follow the manufacturer's
instructions when using a
wok.
Additional wok grid

(included with some
appliance models)
For using woks on the wok
burner.
Coffee maker attachment
grid (0088903)
The coffee maker
attachment grid is only
suitable for use with the
economy burner so that
cookware with a diameter
of less than 9 cm can be
used (e.g. espresso pots).
Simmering plate
(00648786)
The simmering plate
reduces the heat when
using the lowest setting.
Place the simmering plate
on the grid with the bumps
face up. Never place it
directly on the burner.
Place the cookware in the
middle of the simmering
plate.
Simmer plate (00616229)
The simmer plate is only
suitable for the economy
burner. It allows for slow
cooking on a low heat.
Remove the economy
burner and position the
simmer plate.
