Montage

Percer le panneau (voir plan de perçage)
Utiliser de préférence un tube en
matière plastique comme support de
montage� Le diamètre du tube dépend
de la distance entre deux douilles
voisines�

Insérer la douille de sécurité sans écrou
et rondelle dans le panneau�
1) Si nécessaire, une entretoise (D),
XAS-1R, No� de Cde� 66�9151-* peut
être montée�

2) Si un capuchon de protection SCHU-
DE-SLB, No� de Cde� 23�5140-33 est
utilisé, l'oeillet de fixation doit être monté
sur la douille avant le branchement�

Monter la rondelle élastique et visser
l'écrou à la main�

Serrer l'écrou avec la clé spéciale
SS425 et insérer la clé spéciale SS2
dans la douille pour la bloquer en
place jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'engage dans
l'emplacement prévu�

Un capuchon de protection peut être
installé pour couvrir la connexion�
Enfiler le capuchon de protection
(SCHUKA-SLB, N° de Cde� 23�5142-

33) sur le câble avant le raccordement
et, une fois le raccordement terminé, le
placer sur la partie arrière de la douille
de sécurité�

As an assembly support for the front
panel, a plastic tube can be used� The
tube diameter depends upon the de-
sired distances between the sockets�

1) If required, it is possible to fit a spac-
er sleeve (D), XAS-1R,
Order-No� 66�9151-*
2) If it is intended to fit a protectiv e cap
SCHUDE-SLB,
order No� 23�5140-33, the fixing ring
must be pushed onto the socket before
mounting�

Mount spring washer and screw on the
round nut by hand�
(ill. 7)
Tighten round nut with special span-
ner SS425 and counter with special
spanner SS2 by inserting it into the
socket until it engages in the recesses
provided�

The safety hood (SCHUKA-SLB,
Order No� 23�5142-33) can be used to
cover up the connection�
The hood must be slipped onto the
cable before making the connection and
then pushed on over the safety socket�
