FAN FILTERS.
- Open the lantern's bonnet.
- Unscrew the screws.
- Withdraw the filters 1 & 2 .
- Clean the filters, dry.
- Then, replace the pieces.
• Cleaning frequency :
1 2 After every 50 hours.
CAUTION : The lighting unit should never be used
if the fans are not working. In case of a failure,
turn off the lighting unit and
search for the cause of the problem.
CHANGING THE IRIS CASSETTE.
- Unscrew the screw a .
- Lower the small tongue plate b .
- Withdraw the iris cassette.
- Put in the new iris cassette and the block into place.
- Replace the small tongue
- Then, tighten the screw a .
CHANGING THE INNER FILTER-FRAME (GLASS).
3 Soft glass.
4 Correction filter 5500K --> 3400K.
Warning : This filter holder is bent to an angle of 15°.
DO NOT STRAIGHTEN IT.
BALANCING.
- The balancing adjustment of the
lighting unit, is achieved by moving
the inner counterweight, which is
controled by the knob 5 .
GOBOS CHANGER SETTING.
NOTE.
Before adjusting, put a drop of breaking fluid onto the threads
of the setting screws.
CHANGING THE COLOUR FRAMES AND COLOURS.
c Remove the colour frame from the slot.
d To change a colour, open out the 4 clips.
e Cutting out a colour gel = ø266.
