Full adjustment

Attention:
The active area (PEEK-tip) completely
immersed in the product to be detected
• Connect the Teach wire (NO = pin 2, NC = pin 4)
to the supply voltage and hold it until the LED
flashes orange and output A1 pulsates
• Disconnect the Teach wire
• The LED flashes orange with higher frequency
and A1 pulsates accordingly during the iniitiali-
sation process
Lights up orange constantly - The sensor is
adjusted to the necessary sensitivity for product
detection. The switching hysteresis is automatically
calculated.

Factory Reset

The sensor can easily be readjusted as follows to
its delivered state - factory settings:
• Connect the Teach wire (NO = pin 2, NC = pin 4)
to the supply voltage and hold it until the LED
flashes green / orange alternately and the output
A1 pulsates accordingly
• Disconnect the Teach wire
A factory reset is carried out and the sensor is
in its origiinal delivered state. The LED and output
signal are in their operational state; this means
depending on whether or not there is material
/ an object to be detected in the active area of
the sensor.

Do not change the level
during the adjustment!

Test

The test function can be used to check
the control system that is connected to
the sensor.
• Connect the Teach wire (NO = pin 2,
NC = pin 4) to the supply voltage and
hold it until the LED is flashes orange /
green and the output switch pulsates
at the same time.
Leave the "Test" mode by disconnecting
the Teach wire (NO = pin 2, NC = pin 4)
from the supply voltage. The sensor
returns to the previously programmed
state.
