Using a
container, open
the shut off
valve to empty
the water from
the laminar flow
canister.

Disconnect the connection from the
PCB board to the ozone generator (cable with
the blue band).

Unthread the laminar flow chamber
from the sink.

Remove the bottom
portion of the laminar
flow chamber to reveal
the ozone generator
assembly. (depending on
your configuration there
may be slight differences
from the photo at right).

Unthread the cathode and set aside.

Rinse
the bottom cap
(anode) and
inspect threaded
connection to be
sure it is clear of
debris.

Make note of assembly and
disassemble to reveal the raw cathode.

If using a replacement cathode go to
step 14.

To clean the cathode, remove any
loose debris using a wire brush and rinse under
water. Then take the entire cathode and soak
in CLR or vinegar. Once soak is complete,
remove and wipe clean and fully rinse. Visually
inspect the cathode that all debris is fully
removed, especially from the inside.

Reassemble laminar flow chamber to
sink.
